Open https://beforeyousleep.org to install BEFORE as an app on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or computer. Open the BEFORE icon to go straight to your member space. Sign in once inside the app; your session stays active for up to 30 days unless you sign out. An internet connection is needed.
Android
Open BEFORE in Chrome. Tap the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Mac or Windows
Open BEFORE in Chrome or Edge. Select the install icon in the address bar or choose Install BEFORE from the browser menu.
Safari on Mac
On supported macOS versions, open BEFORE in Safari and choose File → Add to Dock. You may need to sign in once inside the app.
This is an installable web app. It is not listed in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
